Frustration at it's best
So last week I was asked to make the main course for YSA Break the Fast this past sunday...(not really break the fast cuz it wasn't fast sunday, thats beside the point....) So i decided to make Chicken Bundles....one of my favs....so, i bought all the stuff and then on Sunday I came home from church and cut up 10 chicken breasts....(Ivan said to prepare for 40 ppl)...Then I went to my friend Shannon's house so I could prep the rest of it and show her how to make them for her family....Then I drove up to the stake center in harrisburg (i was there at 620ish) and I finished making the bundles....which means I took the mixture (cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, cubed chicken and chicken flavored stuffing) and put them in cresent rolls and wraped them )kind of like a diaper) So i did this for all 48 bundles, I then proceded to cook them. So by 710ish the first batch (2 trays) was done and I took them out to the cultural hall....which was pretty much EMPTY!!!! So end of story there were a total of 10 people who came (which includes President Neilson and Brother McBride and Clarisse and Tony Mendenhall) so 6 YSA's. I was SOOOOOOO frustrated because I did ALL that work for 6 ppl. I could have made 1 batch. So I am very frustrated at the whole situation. BLAH!!!!!

Bummer. But at least 6 people loved your culinary talents!
hum... i thought about coming?
Hi. I was there. More people better be at mine...
I was glad you made them, they were good. And hey, I may be married, but don't I still count? Thanks for putting in the work - I've had to do that thankless job too many times.
